EU Settlement Scheme — Getting It Right

The EU Settlement Scheme allows EU, EEA and Swiss nationals and their family members to continue living and working in the UK after Brexit. Refused applications, or those granted at pre-settled status when settled status is expected, can be appealed to the First-tier Tribunal.

We advise on the full range of EUSS issues — from preparing initial applications to complex appeals involving document discrepancies and family member status disputes.
